Gridlocked were appointed to carry out the supply and installation of partitions and ceilings within two large-scale research and development buildings, comprising approximately 10,000 sq.m. of integrated laboratory and office space. The design included the installation of ‘sleeper bulkheads’. Having these bulkheads in place allow for the easy re-design of the space, with the knowledge that the ceiling void is already built to the specification of the partition below.

Systems Used: British Gypsum partitioning and ceilings. Zentia suspended ceilings. Passive fire protection.
